"This is a decent complex. The apartments are small and if you have a washer and dryer, they're outside in the storage closet on the patio. The leasing office staff and maintenance are very friendly and responsive. The property is well maintained. I took two stars off because of the neighborhood. This is a high crime area, there's a methadone clinic just up the street, it's a dirty area with a lot of homeless and transients. They need a gate. All of that said, the staff do all they can to keep it safe and clean. Definitely tour before you sign to get a feel for the neighborhood."

"Been here for almost a year and haven't had a single issue. Jennifer in the office is always on top of her stuff and the few times I've been in with the other office worker, she's been the sweetest thing as well. Marco is always out working on something and he's the nicest man you'll ever meet. Quite area. The only real complaint I have is the weird water heater thing. It's kind of a gamble on if you're taking a warm shower, an ice bath, or if lava is going to come out of your shower head. But we've learned a little trick to help. I think the only thing this place needs is maybe a small playground in the future. We have a growing amount of small families. *If you're worried about noise like I was when I was looking for somewhere because of my ASD kiddo, the walls are pretty thick. I never hear my neighbors and thankfully they don't hear my loud little guy."

"Lived here for 2 and a half years and have had no issues. I don’t agree with my rent going up almost $300 when I renewed my lease if it goes up more around my new lease renewal I might have to move only because I’m on salary income so it’s hard with my budget lol but I understand it’s the new era we live in. We do get an occasional homeless person walking through the complex going through the trash but they don’t bother anyone Jennifer and Marcos do a great job on maintaining the complex they really are the ones that make this complex run smoothly . It’s a quiet complex given the neighborhood really isn’t great the neighbors are awesome as well."

"I lived here for 4+ years. The staff Jennifer, as manager and the maintenance team Marco are awesome. During my stay here they have ALWAYS been respectful and on top of any issue I had come up. They communicate via email for anything that may arise on the property in advance. The property is beautiful and well maintained. Loved living here."
