"Staff is nice, amenities are nice and clean. However I cannot get past the smell of weed in the hallways and all over the complex which literally kills the whole experience here. My unit constantly smelled like a hotbox. If you enjoy that smell then you’ll like it here. Overall everything else has been okay. Definitely don’t move here if you have children, the units are small and they’ll be exposed to the smoking. I think this place is ideal for a single college student with no kids. The AC unit also went out I believe twice during the summer and I had to stay at my moms a few days because my daughter was only months old and it was hot. So another reason it would not be ideal for those with littles. Visually, a very nice complex though."

"This is such a beautiful complex when it first opened I was very impressed. The staff, Carmen Gonzalez, and Jennifer Ontiveros are the best leasing consultant and leasing manager I’ve ever met. They always answered all my questions. If I had any problems, they handle it right away, and I never wanna move from these apartments because of them. I just wanna say thank you very much For Making me feel at home."

"I’m so pleased with the way I was treated , Jennifer was the best! She was very patient as I wanted to tour all the floor plans they had available didn’t rush me I felt like she was honest, and informed me of all the additional charges to consider. It was a great experience. Unfortunately the apartments are a little small for my preference."

"Great move in experience very smooth ! The assistant manager Jennifer has always been very helpful I have been living here for a year and she has always been able clear any concerns I may have about my rent. The apartments are small but functional if you get the right furniture. They used to host resident events which I thought were great because it allowed me to get to know my neighbors I’m not sure if they plan on doing that this year but I think it would nice if they continued to host them."

"I lived in apartment 173 it was pretty nice but the neighbors who lived above me were super loud and constantly stomping and playing loud music. They even pored oil off there balcony and it landed all over my patio. I couldn’t really open my patio door cause it smelled like dog pee and no one ever picked up after there dogs. During the summer the summer my AC went out twice and it took them a week to fix. Overall the apartment was really nice a little small and awkwardly set up but it was nice and super close to downtown."
