"Today was my first time dealing with this guy. Its obvious the reviews on here are friends, family, acquaintances, and so forth. This guy has zero professionalism. He has a home listed in Maricopa for $1650 we are four adults with a combined income of $6000+/month yet he states we can not afford the $1650. Most rentals ask for income of 2-3 times which we make over the 3X amount. He seemed very "attacking" towards me when all he had to do was simply deny it and there. He chose to send me a personal email instead and it had a harrassing and discriminatory format. He said "you dont qualify and should go rent an apartment". Very judgemental. He wants to attack me yet can't spell correctly he tried to say "at least" yet put "at lease". Be careful with this guy! Glad we saw this before getting entangled with him. BAD representation of Arizona!"
