Canyon Palms

"So my ex wife lives here with my 7 year old son. She was held up at gun point a little over a week ago. She reached out to the office right away to see about breaking her lease so she can move with me and be in a safer place. I had gone up to the office numerous times but unfortunately they wouldn’t even speak to me. My ex wife works at a hospital so her hours are unpredictable and when she called they refused to speak to her. She took 2 days off early and the office was closed 2-3 hours before they were supposed to closed. My ex wife was so scared she was just trying to get out of the situation and over to my house. So she didn’t call the cops. She just wanted to get away. They are now saying she can’t leave and needs to stay because there is no police report. In the state of Arizona, if your life is threatened they are to let you out of the lease. Also some girl blew drugs in our sons face and they don’t do anything about that either."

"I am disabled and I have lived here at canyon palms for 3 years I've seen many managers come and go but one stands out to me the most and that is Michelle she takes time and patience to explain to me what's going on when I don't understand she fixed my apartment so that it will pass inspection and I don't have to move Thank you Michelle for keeping our home safe and clean Thank you"

"I have lived here for 3 years, and our manager Michelle is always keeping place safe checking all vacant apartments with security, getting place fixed up so our kids can play in safe & clean area.She is the best we have had since I've been here. She's very respectful when explaining things to me & my neighbor's. I can speak for all my neighbor's she is a keeper give her a award for keeping our home safe & clean!!
