"Stayed with friends for the weekend. I will say they are surprisingly quiet inside. I couldn't hear the neighbors even when they had some sort of altercation, resulting in one of them being transported by emergency services. Unsurprisingly, it's not the greatest neighborhood, and I wouldn't walk around alone at night."

"Lived here almost 11 years and this management company is the best so far. Would like to see the apartments that have long term residents get option for carpet cleaning/replacement updated to new flooring. I also think a reduced rental rate should be offered to those residents with 10 or more years for loyalty to property."
