"Edit 4: communication and trust is severely lacking. Keep waiting for maintenence to come fix shelves in closet but they never show up. Nobody replies to my inquiries. Edit 3: My car was broken into last night in the lot here. Place needs added security and they told me their cameras only reach by leasing office. Dishwasher still not fixed properly, AC/heating has loud ringing noise and maintenence wont fix. Not a lot of help when you have a real issue, or multiple Edit 2: 1 star until all my appliances are fixed. No other way to protest since maintenance refuses to fix and I pay full rent for broken dishwasher. Edit: reply to me says that issue was fixed instantly when it wasn’t. I was days without working heating and was not compensated. They are right I did not call the emergency line but I talked to the leasing agent present on Saturday and had the issue going on since Thursday night. It wasn’t fixed until Monday. They fixed the issue after the holiday and I am glad they fixed it but still would have appreciated a couple of hundred dollars off the the $1530/mo. I was cold Previously had no issues other than ridiculous fees. Heating wasn’t working all of thanksgiving weekend and property manager refuses to discount rent for this period. They did fix the issue with the heating today but I still find it extremely unfair to pay 1500 a month when I was days without heating. The property manager said it would have had to go below 40 degrees to be an issue. Well I was extremely cold in my apartment for days and it was uncomfortable but I still have to pay the full rent. Previous employees Caleb and Erica were extremely helpful but don’t seem to be with the company anymore. Will update review if they decide to help me out with this. Edit, having issues with dishwasher not cleaning dishes and maintenance will not fix, says its problem in Arizona with hard water, and a dishwasher isn’t really meant for washing dishes. Hasn’t worked since I lived here. all they did to help fix the issue was suggest jet dry, but I already use a rinse aid. I’ve also tried powdered as well as liquid soap. Really wish my dishwasher would work properly for the rent I’m paying"

"Been living here since June and so far I love it. Caleb Card the previous leasing consultant was amazing when he showed my family & I around, he convinced me to choose this apartment complex out of so many I toured when it was time to move from my previous one. He was so attentive & answered every question I had through email at all times. I love the peace & quiet right now, the pool is amazing…nice gym & they just put up grills! I recommend this place so far :) Love that once you put a work order in (except weekends) they’re there the very next day to fix it!"
