"Apartments are newly renovated and Paseo 51 has lots of amenities with in unit laundry, a gym, pool, and hut tub. Tony is the best! He went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable moving here from out of state. He is very knowledgeable and cares about the residents."

"I recently leased an apartment in November of 2023. Since being here I have experienced roaches in my bedroom and mold growing in my bedroom window. After I removed the black mold the first time, it has now grew back in a bigger amount in my window. Tony has left this property, so I advised my issues to Rosemary. she was very rude, and told me she was leaving for the day and she will get right on it by tomorrow morning. I went on the office around 345 so I was confused on why she was so quick to shut me out. Me and my roommate have no experienced mold exposure in our bodies. we both have even gotten extremely sick since the first time experiencing mold in MY bedroom. I definitely do not recommend. As a tenant, I shouldn't be arguing with a leasing office representative about mold. I will be contacting the property manger & health department. very unprofessional."

"We moved in here under the impression that our rent was a predetermined rate every month only to find out that "service" charges from a third party company can change month to month. This apartment is trash half of the electrical circuits don't work and our pipes in the kitchen were not up to par finding that they weren't even connected correctly and finding mold all throughout causing my wife to have constant asthma attacks after having valley fever they are only concerned with getting the money every month screw the people living here if you have a choice don't move here if you have health concerns don't move here being locked into a lease where they can do whatever they want and you have no choice but to comply if it was possible I would put zero stars 0/10 would not choose this place again will be looking to move as soon as the lease is up ive tagged pictures of the mold in the pipes after the repair man came and "wiped" them out not replaced."
