"Stayed in room 323 for 3-4 months while waiting for apartment. I have to say this was an amazing place to stay. A little rough in the outside but my room was huge and super A+++ on how clean the room was. staff was always friendly and helpful. When I left had a hiccup on my deposit and took over a month to get but RANDI was amazing once I called and did all she could to get it back!! Thank you for the help and you bet I'd be back if ever I needed to stay in weekly. Oh can't forget the shout out to the younger house keeper as she took pride in making sure the rooms were super clean. I really liked all the staff. Thank you Envil for making my staff as comfortable and stress free!!"

"I have lived her for over a year now and I have to say this is by far the BEST Siegel SUITES in Arizona! The rooms are twice as big as any other Siegel and remodeled with a good size refrigerator. Most of all the staff is why I love living here! The manager Randy is very friendly, Julie is such a wonderful Housekeeper and really great at her job, and Mark really busts his hump and gets work orders done quickly. Overall they are all AWESOME PEOPLE & VERY PROFESSIONAL!!! Such a great place to be able to call home."

"Most of the staff are friendly, decent pricing for rooms. I like most of the tenants. Not in the best of neighborhoods, but the people who care here make up for it. A short walk/drive to multiple fast food restaurants and stores. Would definitely recommend if staying for a while. Nice beds, love that you have to bring your own linens(keeps bed bugs away and makes it more sanitary for everyone) and my room was cleaned to perfection before I moved in. You have to stay 30 days(since it's an extended stay) to get your security deposit back, and your hotel fees waved(it goes down if you're here longer than a month) and also have to give a 48 hour notice of when your leaving. I love that. Take care of your room and their stuff and they take care of you."

"This location is a great place for short or extended stays. The rooms are newly remodeled here and are more than comfortable you can bring your own furniture or use theirs which is supplied with the unit . The management here is absolutely awesome and maintenance is Johnny-on-the-spot ."
