"Sophia and Chantel were awesome!! They were friendly, respectful, understanding, and very helpful with getting me into my new place! Sophia holds the office down flawlessly and I appreciate the time and energy she gives to each individual resident! Complex is quiet, neighbors keep to themselves, and maintenance has a great response time!"

"There were a lot of times personal at front office were very rude when I first moved in my rent was $900 and within 3 years went up to over over $1400.00 with no upgrades unless I was to move out to another apt.most of my counter tops looked like they were from the early 70s and very outdated. I paid $25 for a gate security card when I moved in and was assured when I moved out and return the card I would get the $25 back and the new company said they have no records of this so I was out the $25 and still have the card plus the security gates were never used I did reach out to mgt and they said there's nothing they can do do to New Management about the security gate fee that I paid"

"Being an older apartment building they should maintain the AC units regularly. No person should be without AC in this heat. There are too many heat related deaths and it shouldn't happen in your apartment that you pay good money for every month. Don't lease an apartment to people if you cannot service them correctly or efficiently. It's unacceptable!!!! Fix the AC people!!!!"

"We live here for a year now, its not a bad place. I will just give you information that I have observe thru my stay. There is a pest service than can be requested every week, if you request for it. Although there are roaches especially in the summer. Gated community - I think not, cause it really never closes. Parking spots are not reserve. Community Light post - there are several post that are busted for a long time ( more than 1 month now). Maintainance guys are pretty good. Office staff - I can only comment on Ceasar cause I have dealt with him and he is pretty good and accomodating. 2017 update We lived here a total of 3 yrs before we moved out. There is a new management and seems a good one. Here are what i observed with the new management. Manager Hugo is pretty easy to deal with. Staffs are more accomodating. I just hope that they will fix the pothole (northeest of the bldg) that became bigger as rain comes by and it floods as well. I spoke to one of the maintainance guys and they do have a lot of plans, hopefully it will push thru. If this management took over years ago, we possibly stayed."
