"I moved in September 2021. Never gotten a tour but the day i got my keys, the apartment isn't what the pictures on the website is like. I went ahead and moved in regardless because i needed a place. The property manager Yvonne is rude and so is the office staff. I renewed my lease in 2022 and it increased $75 which isn't bad but until March 2023, my apartment got broke in twice within 48 hours and caused property damage to my car, my entry door (twice) & my kitchen window. I filed a report with the cops TWICE and i was told to move out after the 2nd break in. The office knew about it and would careless. They demanded me to pay nearly $4,200 just to break my lease. Pretty selfish i say, they care about profits over my safety. Thank god i'm not harmed during the 2nd break in when i was home napping. My dog and my stuff is okay but i didn't feel safe when someone is stalking me and is trying to cause me to have emotional distress. I wish i can tell the person who currently lives in my former apartment to be aware of this. Ranchwood apartment, you are disgraceful, i could've sued you for emotional/mental/property damage & negligence. But instead i paid what your selfish minds want me to pay and I pray karma will get you guys soon. The maintenance reviews I read here is a bunch of lies, i had lousy experience with them! Constantly calling and submitting tickets. Even the day i got broke in, i had to wait 4 hours for a guy to come fox my door at 11pm (they couldn't fix it that night & placed a long screw to hold the frame in instead and informed me to be back on the next business day which is like 2 days later, and never came on time but came right away after the 2nd break in). I was scared for me and my dog's life. The office never helps!! Never referring this apartment to anyone until the city AND the property company improves safety and quality. Glendale, do better! Good day. I'd give a -5 star if it would allow me!! *i could've uploaded photos of the break in if i could!!*"

"My experience with Ranchwood is mostly positive! Moving from out of state, the leasing agents were very helpful and on top of the application process. Never felt unsafe, my packages are safe when being delivered as well. Maintenance is also very quick and responsive! I’ll be sure to review this again once my lease is up!"

"Ranchwood apartments is great. It's peaceful and the people are always polite. I like the events and special things they do here and there especially for the holidays. My maintenance requests are always especially if there is a really serious issue they don't let anything stop them from getting it fixed. They try to work with you to help keep things going smoothly. I really love how not just two pools and a gym but how they have a playground for kids and grass fields between some of the apartments for dogs to run around, random benches for people to take a break and sit, and bar-b-que grills showing they really think about the people. It's a good staff working there too with people who really care about their clients and put their needs into consideration. When my air conditioner broke down they sent some type of cooling machine to help keep the apartment from gettin too hot which was beyond relieving until the air conditioner got fixed. I already have recommended these apartments to someone and will continue to do so because their terrific living facilities. I'm glad that iv made my home at Ranchwood apartments."
