"I regret to inform potential renters that Glenn Oaks is far from the ideal living space. As a tenant for approximately three plus years I've encountered numerous issues that make this place far from satisfactory. Let's start with the physical state of the apartment itself. From day one, I noticed a gaping hole under the sink that seemed like it was waiting for a family of rodents to move in. The paint on the doors and frames resembles something out of a horror movie – rugged, peeling, and utterly neglected. And if you think that's the worst of it, just wait until you try to utilize the counter that is barely attached to the cabinet. It's like a game of Jenga every time you place something on it – one wrong move, and the whole thing could collapse. But the horrors don't end there. Not only are you charged for trash service, but the third-party company responsible for collecting said trash seems to have missed the memo about their designated days. It's a guessing game every week as to whether or not your garbage will magically disappear. And don't get me started on the double charging for pest control. Not only do they slap an extra $5 on your bill each month, but if you dare to reschedule a treatment due to conflicting instructions from their own technicians, be prepared to shell out a ridiculous $350 – even if it's your first offense. Speaking of pest control, it's clear that their methods leave much to be desired. Despite countless treatments, the pest issues persist like unwelcome houseguests. And don't expect any assistance from the ever-changing apartment managers, who seem to believe they know more than tenants who have endured this nightmare for years. Their communication is inconsistent at best, downright rude at worst. They'll argue you down even when they're clearly in the wrong, displaying a level of unprofessionalism that is frankly astounding. And let's not forget about the endless fees. Want to park in covered parking? That'll be an extra $15, thank you very much. Fail to comply? Say goodbye to your car, because it's likely been towed without warning. It's just another inconvenience piled onto the mountain of frustrations that come with living in this complex. But perhaps the most concerning aspect of Glenn Oaks is the high crime rate in the area and the outdated appliances that barely function. It's clear that the management prioritizes squeezing every last penny out of tenants rather than investing in improving living conditions. In conclusion, save yourself the headache and avoid Glenn Oaks at all costs. The only positive aspect is the sense of camaraderie among neighbors who are all too familiar with the struggles of living in this dismal excuse for an apartment complex."

"My experience has been great so far. The Manager Unnocka made sure my experience was smooth. From filling out the application to the move in process, she was there the entire time. On moving day, I experience a minor maintenance issue. I made the phone call and Unnocka sent the maintenance guy right away. The professionalism here is top tier. It's so much I can say; however, based on my experience from the property itself, the maintenance staff and office staff. I give five starts *****"

"I am really appreciative of Unnocka for helping my mom find a place for us and my brother. She was really understanding and helped so much, I am just grateful to have a roof over my head and not living in a worse situation! Overall the costumer service 10/10 and I love her energy! The maintenance team is also very good and fixed our stove within 2 days!"

"My first year here was going smooth till a whole bunch of crackheads and homeless people kept trying to break into my apartment. I recently had an incident with one of the ladies in the office she had like blonde highlights she’s so rude and disrespectful. The lady with the braids sitting in the first desk she is always so nice and understanding. That blonde lady was my first time seeing her there don’t even know her name or anything literally first time meeting. I went in to give her my money order and told her that I’ve had it since the 2nd and they were closed that day for lunch break or something but I had to be a my family’s funeral by 4pm it was 3pm . Sunday they were closed so I came Monday morning to take it in and the blonde lady just ended up cussing me out telling me that it’s not her fault they were closed but they are the ones that work there. didn’t even let explain my situation .verbally damaged me I’ve had the biggest break down I almost ended up in the emergency room because I had a very serious break down. Now I got nowhere to live because the lady didn’t want to take my money order and timelier charging me almost 100$ for a late fee when they weren’t even open when they were supposed to . Thanks to them I’m going to be homeless."
