"Absolutely love the community. It was a seamless moving in process. The unit is clean, quiet. All the neighbors and staff are friendly. I see myself living here until I’m ready to purchase a home. I do however work from home, and the internet has gone out without me warning or scheduled maintenance which is a huge inconvenience. I’m hoping this isn’t something that happens often."
"Thank u 4 having the service that if something goes wrong in ur apt home that maintenance is ready 2 come out & help. The young man that came 2 help open our door arrived within 30 minutes. He was very nice. He took care of the problem within seconds. I told him I was sorry about taking him away from what he was doing on a Sunday afternoon but appreciated that he came. Very happy with the outcome of our situation. Thanks 2 the young man that came out 2 help. I have a problem with the washer & the problem has not been resolved. The day the maintenance worker came my mom told him that the washer was working which it did start to work but the washer is off its cycle it does not do what it's supposed to do it needs to be looked at."
"Yeah, it's a beautiful property and a decent area, but they quickly charge you for your rent, and they remind you frequently when it is due while certain amenities remain broken and after "reminders" to the front office we residents are told "it's not as easy as you think, there's more to it, we can't put cameras up so people can held responsible for breaking into our cars". They don't care about their residents. That's all there is to it."
"Getting things done & the follow through isn’t great for the price it costs to live here. I have had wolf spiders, crickets, & ants all inside of my apt. I understand that is common at this time of year. But I’ve also seen a roof rat in my backyard which again, it’s a newer property so I guess I can understand that they were probably displaced when the community was built so they still linger around. The issue I have is the follow through between the office & extermination company. I contacted the office about extermination. They said the extermination company would be out. The company never showed up so I had to wait another weeks for traps. Then they came & never entered the apt or backyard to do extermination (we have something similar to a ring on the door & I checked.. no entry just activity outside) After a few emails & a week later, the trap was put in my backyard, & a rodent was caught. I asked to be put back on the list & to have more traps & was told extermination was coming out. That never happened. All the while each time they didn’t come I had to reach out to maintenance/the office again. I’m an entrepreneur & always on the go & it’s frustrating to have to send messages & emails or go up to the office to ensure that extermination gets done. Especially when I’m having issues inside & out. Besides that, the community is pretty quiet. But still. Probably not going to renew another year. If you don’t do critters, don’t waste your time."
"Brand new build, mostly friendly staff, and addresses any issues. The staff, including Emily the manager are amazing! When I moved in, I had a little hiccup, the washing machine drainage hose was cracked when the installers pushed it back. Called the after hours number, and maintenance was here within the hour. I didn’t have enough towels unpacked to completely clean up all the water, so Pedro rushed over with a mop and bucket to help out! They kept me updated on the part arriving, and even suggested I do laundry in the model so I wouldn’t be too inconvenienced. The units are nice and homey. Each unit has a backyard and a doggy door! Part of your rent includes $25 a month for valet trash, and around $150 for a tech package that includes internet and direct tv. Wish I could op out of the tv, don’t use it or watch it, and don’t like the idea of leaving trash by my door for someone else to take to the dumpster. We had one day where the internet service was out for the full day- and no one we could call. Like all new builds, there have been a few problems. My sink collapsed on it to the cabinet, and lots of settling cracks. Fuse trips regularly- which is frustrating for a new build. I’m not running that much electronics. Also like others have mentioned, it was already expensive, but for the annual review there was a 17% increase. All in all, I would still rent here - and decided to stay at this years renewal. There are no attached neighbors, and they have doggy doors and back yards - but you rent, so there are the usual problems - trash over flowing, etc."
