"I brought my child in due to suspicions of sexual assault and a UTI related to it and the doctor was incredibly dismissive and barely glanced at her and didn't want to do an STI panel. I had to take her to Phoenix Children's Hopspital for an actual exam and treatment."

"I’ve been seeing Twin Pediatrics for the past 12 years, with three children at their care. I am extremely disappointed in having to look for new medical care due to the wait time. Ever since they’ve moved office, I’ve been having to wait over an hour just to be seen. I use to be in and out of my appointments that now are taking an average of 1 1/2-2 hours. With two toddlers who get inpatient easily, this is not convenient for me anymore. The doctor and staff are amazing."

"So they moved across the street next to QT. The office waiting area is really small. 10x20 foot room with both sick and well kids mixed together. So if you weren't sick, you can bet your going to be sick. Before my recent visit, I was already contemplating switching doctors because when my kids are sick they are only ever diagnosed with is an ear infection without ever asking additional questions or test. On my recent visit I took my daughter to get shots, waited about an hour to be seen while in the waiting room with 25+ people. Standing room only. Well I had to come back two days later due to them not having a shot my daughter needed, and you guessed it, she ends up getting sick before then. So prior to taking the second shot, doctor has to see her, and you guessed it again, he diagnosed her with an ear infection. At this point I'm over it. Had my daughter get the shot and took her to urgent care where she tested positive for the flu, that caused her ear infection. *Picture below does not show the people standing next to me or in front of every one sitting."
