"Wow, five years at The Club - time flies when you're living somewhere great! It's all thanks to the incredible team here. Our property manager Tezra and her crew have made this place feel like home. Tezra's the best, always there when you need her. There's something about her and her team that makes you feel like part of the family. It's not just about fixing things; it's about listening, understanding, and coming up with solutions. Then there's Anthony, who's basically a magician at fixing stuff. He's not just about patching things up. He's genuinely interested in making sure everything's good. My apartment was saved from a few disasters thanks to his dedication! The communication here is transparent, which is one of the best things about this place. When something comes up, they're honest. There's no hiding behind closed doors - just clear communication that makes fixing things easy and hassle-free. They make this feel like a real community, not just a property. All their work is done with such care and attention to detail. This has been such a memorable five years because of their transparency, speedy responses, and genuine warmth. Tezra, Anthony, and the whole crew deserve a shout-out for making this place more than just an apartment complex. This place feels like home and makes you feel valued. "The management of this apartment complex is TERRIBLE! They DO NOT respond timely to maintenance request. They have a resident that has been without A/C since Monday (5 days today). The temperatures in their apartment have reached 87 degrees and there is NO sense of urgency to help. The resident is unable to sleep, making it difficult to perform job daily, unable to wash/dry clothes as the dryer only heats up the apartment as maintenance has failed to fix the dryer vent issue, unable to use dishwasher as it heats up apartment. Her husband is a disabled vet trying to go to school but unable to do so this week due to the temperatures making it difficult to concentrate on schoolwork and even her dog is suffering. It’s CRIMINAL! She has feared the potential 119 degrees predicted this weekend so she decided to research her rights as the condition is unhealthy. When sending the information she found encouraging them to help, which is their job, they shut her down and said they will turn over to attorney and won’t talk to her any more. They told her she’ll have to “figure it out” and gave her a business card for an a/c company. It’s now Friday night and she has no a/c. She can’t afford nor should she have to pay to get the a/c fixed when that’s the responsibility of the management company - PROFESSIONAL EQUITY MANAGEMENT - TEZRA DIXON - SHAME ON YOU! People choose to make your complex their home and pay their rent timely and you DON’T DO YOUR JOB AND CARE FOR YOUR RESIDENTS - YOU SHOW NO CONCERN OR EMPATHY FOR THEM. YOU SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO MANAGE AS YOU CLEARLY DON’T UNDERSTAND WHAT YOUR JOB SHOULD BE! This is just part of the problem here. The grounds are not maintained well, the pool was unusable for months and months - it was green. I’m not sure what this company does other than collect rents. They DO NOT build community or make it a nice place to call home!"

This is a preliminary, and completely premature review as I’ve not spoken with or even seen the community in person, but after reading the reviews and seeing first hand the management involvement in the discussions, not only the positive but negative too with the upmost professionalism. Being as it’s only a 9 minute drive to and from work…. I did my application and holding deposit sight unseen! I’ll surely follow up with my personal experiences! Here’s hoping it’s a gleaming 5 star after a couple months ;) **** UPDATE 6/14/22 **** I’m removing 2 stars for their lack of concern for resident’s amenities. Both pools were closed for the first 5 weeks of swimming season, the main pool remains closed due to a supposed leak. A slow leak is NO reason to close it. Sure. Close it when you’re repairing it. But completely? Not very considerate since it’s the main jacuzzi, vending machines and nice big pool. Mosquito infestations are abundant due to the standing water in so many areas. Uncontrolled pigeon population as well as a staff that almost never cleans the pool area. There’s 3 inch deep piles of excrement all over the pool deck and on the furniture constantly. It’s an okay property, the staff is friendly, they truly help when moving in, but once you’re settled in… then you’re just there. I hoped I could update my rave review but, I cannot in good conscience recommend if you love your amenities. We were threatened with a $500 fine if we didn’t turn in our fire extinguishers a couple months ago, and unless you go to the office for some reason on a day they have some, you’ll never see one again! Fortunately I keep my own so I’ll wait to see just how long it is until mine is returned. *** FINAL UPDATE *** I moved out at lease end. Upon turning in my 60 day notice to vacate, we were having a pleasant conversation just chit chatting, I happened to mention getting my cat certified as an ESA. The manager was impressed, and suggested I supply her with the certification. I was like okay… and to my surprise she gave me an account credit of my deposits and several months pet rent added! To say this manager loves her residents is an understatement! Ending on a positive note… I highly recommend this community to anyone willing to overcome a bunch of little things, and an unsanitary sometimes unusable pool."
"I have lived here for almost 4 years and have no complaints, I have definitely enjoyed living here, it’s very quiet, clean apartment complex, I have never had any issues, the price is extremely competitive compared to others .. and you really get your money’s worth this place is really spacious , vaulted ceilings , full size washer and dryer. The front office ladies are very attentive and super nice. Has a nice golf course across the apartments, Just an overall great community!"
