"The grounds look sad...5 years ago this was a pretty apartment place green grass a CLEAN pool. But now all gone..weeds everywhere and the pool is dirty. Kinda looks like no landscaping at all."

"Very nice looking from the outside, but the cleanup they were supposed to do before I move in was somewhat lacking. I was a little disappointed with the for cleaning inside and outside but other than that it seems like a pretty nice place compared to the place I am living currently which is Rise at The presere,at 15th avenue and Glendale avenue in Phoenix"

"Never open office. Never fix anything for residents. Never acknowledge work orders. Very rude. Residents never get a receipt for payment. Which means we can't prove anything. Work orders have been in for over 7 or more years. Other housing places have office open and take care of their tenants. Don't be fooled by the outside."
