However the community is quiet at night and people are friendly!. Not to mention stores are convenient too. Thank you!"

"I have to say I have been very displeased this last year since a new company has taken over this apartment complex. I find it ridiculous that I have this CAM charge on my water bill every month but every time there is a water leak or water issue, I'm paying 2x sometimes 3x the amount mind you, I'm only ONE person and I pay $167 for water, trash, sewage and this added cam charge. Last year around this time I was paying less than $90. Before moving into this place I would read all the fine print because they will take every penny from you!"
