So many restaurants and shopping needs all within 5 to 10 minutes away. If you so desire, there are also several bars. Conveniently located EOS fitness center At 59th Ave. and Thunderbird Road. All units are updated and have new appliances. I cannot say enough positive things about this complex. I highly recommend them for all your needs!!"

"I wish I could give negative stars. I lived here for 3 years, DO NOT move here. First of all the Roaches are horrible and nothing you do gets ride of them.There is mold all over the apartments. The pool is always broken and never works in the summer. The place is run down badly managed with rude staff. If the apartment manager or staff decided they don't like you they will make stuff up, give you a fake 10 day notice to scare you and bullie you out. They will illegally evict you and then hold your deposit, even if you passed the walk through. The manager Jessica and Gavino are bullies and rude. BEWARE OF THIS COMPLEX, avoid it at all cost if you can."
