"I moved into a 2bed 2bath on June 1, 2023 from Minneapolis. I did all the paperwork and viewed the apartment on line with the assistance of Miryam. It was easy and really appreciated her extra effort to film a video of my new home, as I was unable to physically be there. This is my very first apartment I've ever lived in and it has been awesome. Everything neat, clean and in order throughout the complex. Tenants are respectful and welcoming. The office is responsive, as are Arturo and Clint, the maintenance team. I was and still am in love with my apartment. It's spacious and inviting. Everything is new and fresh in the unit. Appliances, flooring, and paint. It has been fun to decorate my space. I like the fact that all entrances to property are locked at 5pm. This creates a feeling of safety for the community. Regular communication takes place here and there is no chance left to be uninformed. Pets are allowed here and you'd never know it. I can't think of a better place to come home to. RISE: Trailside is THE best place to reside in the greater Phoenix area."

"I recently moved into a 2-bedroom x 2-bathroom unit at Rise: Trailside. I absolutely love it here! There's a reason this community has significantly better reviews than every other community in the Glendale area. This has been my experience: The property manager, Miryam, is wonderful. She is an incredibly kind person, while also maintaining her professionality. I was in an unfortunate situation, and needed to find a place within the week. I met with Miryam on a Friday afternoon and was able to move-in the following Monday. She was informative, knowledgeable, and did everything in her power to rush my application and get me into a home. Miryam contacts her residents directly, with updates and info, which makes communication easy and stress-free. I truly can not thank her enough. She is the only property manager I've ever worked with who actually cares for her residents. The maintenance team has also been excellent. Clint, the lead maintenance technician, is professional, personable, and has done a phenomenal job with the very few maintenance issues I have had. He has gone out of his way to send me updates on every issue, and I appreciate that endlessly. The residents here are in good hands. Every neighbor/tenant I have met here has been kind and welcoming. All entrances and exits are closed and locked, once operating hours have ended. The complex is gated and requires a code for entry. 6ft+ tall walls surround the entire community. These factors create a very quiet and safe atmosphere. The unit was recently renovated, and cleaned thoroughly before my move-in. All appliances are modern and function properly. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the living room, and there's a washer/dryer in-unit. Flooring and paint both appear new. The place looks like it's never been lived in before. I can not say enough good things about this community. All of the friends/family I have brought here are now looking to move in. If you're looking for a new place to call home, I HIGHLY recommend Rise: Trailside. A special Thank You to Miryam and Clint, you have both been awesome!"

"I absolutely adore my apartment. This is the first apartment that I have ever lived in and I have been here for about a year and a half. The office manager, Miryam, is always welcoming with a smile and is really nice to talk to. Whenever an issue arises, rather minor or major, Miryam and Arturo always make sure that it gets done in a timely manner. I enjoy living here and I love that Arturo is always saying hello in the mornings when we cross paths. Thank you Rise for making living here the best, comfortable, and memorable."
