"Bad neighborhood, fentynal smokers everywhere, especially behind the apartments. They did do extensive renovations and the apartments look nice but now they are raising rent by $250 to $400. There is poor communication with Zendoor the property manager, you can contact them by text only, and they don't respond to texts unless they feel like it. Good luck getting someone by phone. During renovations the construction team Coast to Coast construction took away our washer and dryer it's been almost 3 months now. I have a child and rented this apartment because of the washer and dryer but no one cares to put it back. Still waiting. The walls and floors are thin, the neighbors are rude and nosey. Hoping we get a better property manager because Zendoor is the 3rd property manager this apartment has had and they are by far the worst. Only been here a year. Large sewer roaches in the summer and mice in the winter and they do not cover exterminators in the lease. I would move out if I could afford a better neighborhood/apartment."
