"If I can give 0 stars, I would. On their website, the apartments that we lived in are priced a $1500. We were paying almost $2000 a month for this p.o.s apartment. Front office lie all the time. Maintenance is trash but they've gotten better with that. The place is garbage all the way around. Homeless people walk around the property all the time. It was nerve-racking at time to be there.. I wouldn't suggest living there."

"I am leaving a mid review because they have NO laundry cards to do my laundry at their laundromat. They constantly say they are out of stock and are waiting to get more cards, yet from the date I moved in until now, there is NONE. Therefore, I am forced to go to a laundromat elsewhere to do my laundry. This is unacceptable as I am paying over $1,300/mo in rent and an unable to use the laundromat here. I edited my review to add a star because the staff is very friendly and I know it isn't their fault why there is no laundry cards. And my apartment has never had any issues and is lovely. But I'm still disappointed I cannot do my laundry here. :("

"this is an incredible property and the staff has been beyond helpful. Michelle is an outstanding manager. The location is great. The units are awesome and I really enjoy the overall vibe of the property. If you’re looking for a place to live, I would definitely recommend the Jerome, and make sure to go say hi to the manager Michelle. She is absolutely awesome. five out of five stars for me."

"I Love living here, it’s very Clean and Safe. My boys and I have been here a month now and they have tons of friends, the office people are sweet hearts and maintenance are always available. I was worried because In the reviews it mentioned bugs and water problems neither which have I had at all. The water is perfect and we are completely bug free. Thank you Jerome for such an good living experience, my family truly appreciates it!"

"I’ve been here for a few months and I just wanted to say I’m really glad I didn’t listen to the reviews of other tenants as any maintenance issue I’ve had to deal with has been dealt with and fixed with in a few hours. Mervin the maintenance manager is the best and seems to always be on top of issues as soon as they come up. As far as the office staff Jacob is great always willing to help out."
