North pool has lap lanes with inspiring mountain views!!! 25 acres of gorgeous landscaping! Right next door to the Lodge at Ventana and the Loews resort and 18 hole Fazio designed golf course!!! This gated community is perfectly located within walking distance to fantastic restaurants, shopping and all the services you want!"

"First the Positive: People who have lived here for sometime are very friendly and helpful. And the Location Location is superb! Negatives: The infrastructure and plumbing construction in these condos leaves a lot to be desired:(The water supply has been turned off 5-6 x since I've been here (1.5 years) There are 8 units to each building and you can hear almost every toilet flush, faucet, or shower that's being taken on a daily basis which can make it quite noisy, well at least living on the first floor since I can't vouch for the 2nd. In addition, the HVAC system in each condo is very loud whether you have it running in the summer or the winter. It's so loud you need to pump up the volume big time so you can hear the TV or have a conversation. Lastly, the community and/or condo owners eagerly welcome snowbirds and vacationing renters who come and go throughout the year. This is a common practice in the great state of AZ, so just beware that some of these temporary visitors are not always as considerate and quiet as you might hope them to be:("

"Stayed here through an Airbnb (30 days min.), one bedroom small but nice. Nice patio to enjoy the outdoors & scenery. 2 pools both were nice. Had a shared gas grill area near our condo. Had several days where the water had to be shut off for several hours, just a few hours notice. Grocery store, gas station & drug store, restaurants & a bar very close. Super close to Sabino Canyon. Beautiful flowers around the building."

"My wife has stayed here twice while working at local hospitals. It's very nice. Everyone is very friendly. There are 2 pools and a nice fitness center. The office has been very helpful if we ever needed anything"
