"Beautiful, priced decent but lacking communication in front office. Lots of confusion and lack of communication during move in process. Unit is very nice, but not upgraded well. All in all happy here so far. Little fixes would make the experience much better."

"Warning to anyone new or looking to move here. It's under new management and they suck. Absolutely rude and will blame anything THEY break or don't want to fix on you. Maintenance is the worst and look like they were just released from jail so beware when they are in your home. The price may be cheap but understand it's because they do not want to keep up with anything. Please look elsewhere before coming here, you will pay in mental health living here."

"Absolutely worst place to live! Mindy in the office is the rudest office manager, anytime there’s an issue wether it be a question about rent charges or a maintenance request or the fact that I had no heat or hot water for 28hrs! I was told it wasn’t cold enough to need heat anyways, it wasn’t an emergency, or she told me to just deal with it. The apartment itself has mold, and in the bathrooms always smell of mildew no matter how much you clean them, none of the doors or windows have a seal you can feel air going through them, not to mention the many many electrical issues that haven’t been fixed. They also charge you more in rent even after you’ve paid, with charges that any sane person could see are fake! Don’t live here!!!"

"I applied Sept. 2 23 it took them over 5 weeks to deny us. After telling us we were approved. Still waiting on our admin fee refund, it’s been almost a month . Called , left messages, emailed, texted. No response at all. Also had to drive there after 4 weeks just find out we were denied. In the end grateful not going to live there !!!!! Also been waiting for our refund check from them said it would be in 14 business days , it’s been 4 months , I’ve called , drove there twice and just recently filed a complaint w BBB . This place is horrible no communication at all . Hopefully one day they do there job and send us our check that wa due since September"

"I moved into Tides Palm Valley in August. I have asked them to fix my tub because it was peeling. The tub was painted. I’ve never seen anything like that before. Paint? I have been to the office twice and put in a request online. Nothing! It’s going on 4 months now. I also can’t get a fitness room key that works for some reason. I was given 3 keys. None work. The step ladder for roof access that is above my exterior door is falling and no one has still come to fix it. This is unprofessional. Maintenance should be responding within 24-48 hours. Even if they’re not fixing the problems immediately. I’m not understanding what the issue is. Make a check list on paper for maintenance and the office weekly to see was taken care of or not. At the end of the week check all list."
