"As my first time renting, I am so thankful for Grayson place! Cori is wonderful and made the process of applying quick and easy! She provided a tour with 2 units and was so optimistic about how amazing living in this location is. The interior is beautiful. I appreciated receiving a move in folder with everything I need to set up and all my costs. Everytime I’ve had a question, their office would call me back instantly or helped me on the spot in their office. The staff’s willingness to solve or address any of my questions, they have surpassed in a professional respectful way. Their gym is also amazing! Everything is clean."

"Trying to filter all the bad reviews I see, this is still a terrible place to live, can't even manage to keep a gate fixed for longer than a month and it will stay broken for another 6 months while you have people who dont even live there come in and take in all the parking but making us paying for terrible shaded parking, but everyone else can camp the front gate and put everyone else at risk for getting towed for a dumb reason, there also people going around looking for unlocked car doors to steal and you cant have the cops come to do anything cause it private property and then when you go the front office and like usual everything seems to be your fault at this complex. All the recent reviews are just copy and pasted lies just to make an employee look good. please stay far away from this loaction."

"I love Grayson Place. Honestly, its hard to find a place that's new, nice and safe especially in the west Valley. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone. The office staff is also A1. David is the friendliest and the most communicative person I've ever met. Maintenance gets to your requests in 24-48 hours without fail! The apartment itself is beautiful — massive kitchen and lots of deep storage. The amenities are awesome and I love how pet-friendly the complex is!"
