"I have lived at Lunaire for almost 2 years now. The community is clean, has great amenities, is close to so many great places, and the people are very nice and accommodating. Maintenance is fast to respond to requests and our unit is spacious and comfortable. Biggest apartment kitchen I have ever seen! Absolutely love living here!"
"I had a great experience with the entire move in process. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful with all of my many questions. I also received emails guiding me through the entire process and convenient check lists along the way. Finally, Amanda was a great help with final inspections and getting me into my new apartment!"
"I enjoy living here! It’s in close proximity to the airport and several shopping facilities. The apartments are nice and I love watching the sun set behind the mountains from our apartment on the third floor. The pool area is small, but pretty nice. I just wish it was open a bit longer at night. Unfortunately the opening times of the community room do not allow to get together after work or on Sundays, because it is closed at the same time as the leasing office. I would like to recommend changing this policy, because it prevents most of the people living here to actively use it. Having said that, we are thankful for community events hosted by Rene and Weston. Those are the only times we really get to use the community room and get together with other tenants. They usually think of some fun games and provide amazing food to make it an enjoyable night for everyone. Thank you!"
"Not to bad, I say 3/5. Mainly because my unit said available beginning of January and it was agreed upon 1/19 move in but they only gave me 2 days beforehand to get keys inspect and all that stuff and they also didn't have my unit ready until before move in which was odd normally it's ready a week or two before to inspect and make sure it is 100% and good to go. Only a few things were not good like the tub having soap scum caked in and mold in the caulking which I fixed both. Showerhead was not cleaned which I fixed. But the staff was cool the move in got it all set up and nice pretty easily and they walked me through things well enough. Can't complain about it they're good folks."
"I've lived at Lunaire for seven years. I would hesitate to recommend this apartment complex. The front office recently conveyed to me that they can establish policies not outlined in our lease, citing property differences. Unfortunately, these policies aren't accessible where residents can easily reference them, leading to confusion and a perception of arbitrary rule changes. For instance, their website formerly mentioned certain dog restrictions but omitted an age limit, yet they enforce a ban on dogs under one year old without clear communication. This has now been changed after my complaint, however I have still failed to see where I have signed this agreement in my lease. Lunaire tends to impose arbitrary rules, such as no backing into parking spots, no working on vehicles, minimal outdoor decor, etc. Maintenance workers seem to provide minimal fixes, resulting in repeated requests or, in my case, tolerating issues due to the inconvenience of frequent visits. While there's a myriad of incidents, I'll spare the details. The cost has surged by over 75% during my stay, coupled with a decline in quality. Renters might find better options elsewhere."
