"Just moved in to complex. My roommate and I worked with Francisco Balanzar. I do not recommend working with him. Francisco has very poor communication. Our move in date got pushed back so that they could spray for roaches. This caused another months rent to generate on the move in cost and make move in cost higher. He knew this and did not communicate that the cost was going to be higher. We did not know until move in day that we were going to need another $1720. He allowed us to move in for what we had and accrue late fees and having us look like we can’t pay our rent. They also never took care of the roach problem before allowing us to move in and moved us into a roach infested apartment telling us that pest control will be out for the next couple weeks. They were out the day after we moved in and that was it. Will be glad when this year lease is up and I can move."
"First and foremost most I would like to wish the management staff and maintenance staff of Visions Serenity for making what truly has been one of the worse years of my life. We experienced an unfortunate, horrifying incident to no fault of the management staff. I am grateful for all the outpouring of support I received. I unfortunately lost the majority of contents due to the flooding of my apartment . I am closing this year with a heavy heart ❤️. I am forever grateful to the management staff and maintenance. I wish each and everyone of them and there families the Merriest of Christmas and Happiest of New Years! May we all stay blessed!"
"BEWARE!!! The proper inspections that you need as a new apartment owner HAVE TO BE DONE ON YOUR OWN. It is possible to find that your dryer vents are bent more then the recommend 90° angles allowed in Arizona. So your clothes wont dry for starters. Then, your washer sounds like a bad drum player when "washing." Window has a problem moving and the maintenance guys knows about this window. WD-40 was used to correct the issue and was told to keep spraying WD-40.. ISSUE STILL CONTINUES...WHY ISN'T JUST REPLACED? Last but not least, the floor was cleaned "professionally." The day of inspecting the apartment there were just some small brown balls like the size of a pea. I said it was poop and the front office guy Christian said it was just burnt rug. (Should of known that was a lie) Giving the benefit of a doubt. First night moved in (which was a week) the apartment smell like piss. Never noticed with the windows open during the day. After all the time moving in and working I took a black light to a smell recently after having time from work. (This has been a project for me to do since I moved in a month ago because of the smell) The damage is so much worse than anticipated. The piss is covered in a corner in the bedroom with a trail to the living room. They say that it was cleaned "professionally with inspection." Floor felt crusty in certain spots. Never knew until after the black light inspextion which everyone should do before moving here. Also, If it was professionally cleaned and inspected wouldn't I smell good air and my clothes would dry properly. I bet most of these people living here don't know that and just deal with it. The DIRECTOR of the APARTMENTS said they can only PROVIDE A COUPON for the damage floor but they remain to be cleaned when we leave. THEY DON'T CARE for QUALITY or YOU. Right HERE is poor quality all around apartment from the top level all the way down to the bottom. Shame that what looks like quality, is not. Don't waste your money or you just might get treated unfairly."
"I loved the layout and the new appliances that were inside. Ceiling fan in living room and master bedroom, washer & dryer inside, marble counters, microwave, dishwasher & fridge with ice maker. Any maintenance I needed, I could easily request using the app they have and it was always done the same day or next day with an email confirming the work they did. I also paid my rent on there too. Expect to pay a lot more than your base rent. They charge you on taxes, trash, water is measured per 1000 gallons, pest control and admin fee. I had no issues with any bugs. The traffic in the area is so loud. Parking is horrible and 1 parking permit is allowed per unit and is an additional fee if you want another one. If you don’t get a covered parking in time, it’s first come first serve with the uncovered spots. If you can’t find any parking after that, you can try your luck down the street at their sister apartment complex and walk all the way to your place. The pool, gym and landscaping are always clean and taken care of. Staff are friendly too."
