"I’ve been cared for at Banner a few times of which one time I had a life threatening illness requiring 10 days hospitalization. Recently I needed care at their ER for an injury. All my experiences have been very positive and tge staff has always been great friendly and competent."

"Waited over 6 hours in emergency for a critical new health issue that needed to be addressed ASAP. only forensic to tell me I had to wait another 6-8 hours. Was not until 8 hours mark I was given medication. Met with doc via telehealth, only to not have any prescriptions to be prescribed AFTER and a referral for follow up. Also spoke to doc under influence of medications given at hospital. Call light was on for 35 min only to be ignored while all emergency staff in front of my room listening to LOUD music on speaker and all laughing talking at 1 am in the emergency room. Worst experience of my life. No communication, terrible treatment. Will not ever go and I suggest all who need to go somewhere for an EMERGENCY, call 911 or find a different hospital."

"On March 10th 2024 I found myself passed out in church coming to with EMTs helping me on to a gurney to take me to Banner hospital. Upon arrival I was immediately taken in and attended to. The staff was completely friendly helpful kind and caring. From the person who took the admitting information to the techs to the nurses to the doctors they all had positive attitudes ensuring me that everything was going to be okay plus keeping me well informed. This was a great relief. I've never had this type of service at any hospital or doctor's office. Also following my release I received a phone call from the head ER nurse asking if I was still doing okay and making sure that I was following the instructions knowing that I had a long drive back to California. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone that lives in this area. I would use Banner hospital as a example of what other hospitals and doctor offices should do. Banner sets the scale of how things should be done. I also like to state that at that time it wasn't busy as to be expected but it did get busy and hectic as the day progressed and still the staff remain positive and caring. I never see that at my local hospital the numerous times I've been there. It's always get this guy out of here. When most the time I had to come back because my needs were not met. I give Banner hospital a double A plus a 10-star best hospital ever. God bless them Amen."

"Brought my mother to the ED for confusion and failure to thrive. The ED staff was kind and courteous, they also kept us informed the entire time we were there. We did not wait long in the ED waiting room. In addition, we were seen by a Dr quite quickly. Overall we were in and out of the ED within 5 hours, with a good directions of where to go with my mother health."

"Very organized ER, quick triage upon arrival and efficient digital processes to keep me informed throughout my stay. Employees showed concern to address my health problem. RN Lisa was great. My wait time was acceptable for how busy they were during my stay. The ER is a very noisy place with constant alarms beeping and a lot going on. I was appreciative that my health concern did not require admission. I appreciated the next day follow up call from PA Amanda and my former PCP office."
