Which is always shorter than they say. The tech I have had is so friendly and professional and explains what is going to happen. As I walk out, they say bye. A little kindness makes you feel good. I made an appt for the next day, checked in within minutes and before i sat down they called us back for our appt. If yiu want fast, professional care make an appt with them. They also do walk ins but wait depends on how many people are there and they have 3-4 front desk people checking people in so that moves things along quickly."
