"This place is literally so horrible. We have lived here for over a year and NOTHING Has been fixed. Our toilet doesn't work our bathroom sink is broken and floods if you run it for too long we have no hot water running and the water is freezing cold. Our dishwasher is broken with it starting to stink because there is dirty water at the bottom there is a crack in our kitchen window that should've been fixed when we first moved in. This isn't even mentioning the problem we have had since DAY 1. our electricity ISNT working properly. If I turn off my rooms light it will turn off half of the living rooms electricity plus my rooms. And many times the breaker that is outside has tripped up and stopped working MANY times a day. So we have to go outside and try to get it working again EVEN if it's raining outside. Like it has. This place isn't fixing anything. We have issues with almost everything and like I said we have been living here for almost a year. Nothing has been done and all the work orders get cleared. Me personally I would NEVER come back here. They get nothing done and we are suffering from it."

"Lived here about 5 months. Right when we moved in we noticed several health hazards, Ive had people try to break in, and way more. When we took a tour of one of the available apartments for rent, it looked nice. They offered us another apartment in the corner and said it was the same and that we could move in immediately. Maintenance and management never answer emails, calls, everything. There are lots of roaches, and even more druggies. A/C doesn’t work, there’s leaks in the roof, and there’s just so much wrong here that we have been putting down to fix since we moved in. Don’t move here."

"Was helping someone move, the owner told is we had to move the uhaul to a different spot so we did and the knuckle head tagged the uhaul. Very very rude and obnoxious staff, they are initially friendly there after they are a**h****. Don't rent there."

"A set of about 10 Apartments some of them are getting refurnish some of them are not getting refund if they just started so they're probably not going to be ready for another couple weeks but call the lady tell me what you want you like you want and she could help you"
