"I wish it were possible to give this place no stars. The mgr is very rude and curt. More suited to running a maximum security prison. The way she talks to the tenants is disgraceful. Someone needs to point out that her job is to help low income seniors w/ their housing needs, not throw up road blocks filled w/ conflicting picayune rules. Then there's the apts themselves......no windows! How can that be legal or up to code? There has to be an emergency exit if there's a fire and the door jams."
