"I had the worst experience staying here. The place was falling apart and infested with cockroaches. In the first month after moving in, we had to pay a $1000 utility bill for a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit. They were overcharging us for the first 3 months. When we asked about it, they said they would give us a refund. However, the managers kept changing every month, and the previous manager who promised us a refund didn't communicate it to the management before leaving. As a result, we ended up losing thousands of dollars for nothing. Secondly, we had a leak from the bathroom ceiling, and one day it broke, causing buckets of water to pour into our apartment. When we informed the manager, stating that the place was uninhabitable, she said this issue didn't make the place uninhabitable. Note that this issue was never resolved. Thirdly, the place became infested with cockroaches, with billions of them. It took almost 3 months for them to come and perform pest control at our place, and until then, we had to deal with the cockroaches ourselves. The place became unhealthy as the cockroaches infested our pantry, food, and belongings. The people were taking advantage of us, knowing that we were students. This is a horrible place to live, and the management is very poor. The swimming pool is always closed, yet they still charge us for it. The electricity bill was never provided, and the amount we paid for electricity was very high. None of the issues were sorted out."

"Truly the worst place I’ve ever lived. Apartment flooded from the upstairs neighbors multiple times and was given nothing more than a shrug and was expected to live there throughout. After this, there was an active rat infestation in the walls and while traps were put out, we were given no financial compensation and no option of moving to another unit. The rent is cheap but replacing your items from flood and rat damage is expensive. You’d be better off in your car."

"Lots of turnover with management. Have had a few problems but they are pretty much on top of things. Only real issue I had was with mailboxes. Apartments are nice and spacious. Pool area is neat. Don’t like the floors, would like carpet. Linoleum is too dirty all the time no matter how much you mop. Nice that there are 2+ doors. Can enter/exit through bedroom or front room. Overall it’s better than a lot of places for the price."

"My lease is about to end and looking for a new place. Stopped by and was assisted by Gustavo today. Very professional and knowledgeable! He informed me that I could sign my lease today. But unfortunately I do have to wait a little bit longer. Very impressed by the service I received. I will definitely be a Future Resident!
