"It’s a great community. The neighbors are really cool. Good management. I regret having left. The super-fine dust is full of valley fever and it is ubiquitous. This is the only problem I have had at La Terraza. And the air conditioners are the greatest. Great place."

"this place is horrible but ever since fort Lowell properties took over it got even worse, the laundry room is always dirty including the washers and dryers. There's an expose water heater that the door broke months ago and have never being replace. there's a broken fence that has not being fix for a long time but they have replace the fences in the front. Management never returns calls they just transfer you to a number that the voicemail is not set up."

"I would avoid living here. There have been multiple reality companies that have taken over. The maintenance people get worse each time. Problems are never actually fixed. The apartments are small and old. Very drafty in winter and in summer there's only swamp cooling which leaves your home in the high 80s. No on-site staff. Laundry room is gross and frequently broken. Rent keeps going up though there is no added value."

"The houses are so old, there are many problems: in the summer is 99°F inside, there are flies, there are leakes, laundry room are dirty, the dryer don't work...etc, etc, but the worse was the new manager, never she is in the office, website doesn't work so, you have to call her 20 times and you have to wait...maybe some weeks o months for a answers..."

"The previous owners of this property were friendly, prompt and very helpful. However, be aware that moving here now you will be faced with not only incompetence from your landlords to respond to any problems or concerns with the property, but also: 1) drafty apartments 2) a horrible cooling system (every summer its 86+ degrees in here) 3) gas leaks that they do not fix or even inform you of 4) shady behavior from the property management staff 5) leaky roofs during the monsoon season 6) a homeless colony living behind your property I have never lived in a place that is a perfect storm of absolutely incompetence and negligence. I personally witnessed activities by management staff that have left me appalled and baffled that these were the people in charge of this place. Save your money and time and look elsewhere for a place to live. I promise you will not regret it."
