"Dog droppings everywhere from nasty tenants who dont pick up after their dogs, gates never work not a secure property for the drug infested area it is in, drug users/ homeless people are constantly being a nuisance roaming the property or hanging out in the laundry room , not to mention the trash tenants pay for is outside of the property on the street for public use so the homeless junkies can roam through it all hours of the night or camp out outside your bedroom window, or smoke drugs this property has gone downhill since AZ first realty has taken over prior to the other management company who actually cared about the property and held tenants accountable for their actions, there needs to be an on-site manager to keep an eye on it and actually manage this property I have never seen anyone in the office since they took over to address any of the tenants needs or concerns or check on the property, nothing is ever done when you bring it to their attention."

"they STOLE MY DEPOSIT !!! shady people . i gave them my stimulus check and now there’s no proof of me receiving it and i haven’t been able to receive my taxes the last year !"

"There pool is amazing and always open and free to everyone that have a great sucrity system and multiple ways to come on and out I recommend these apartments"
