"I'm fully vaccinated and so grateful to be. I got severely sick with Covid Sars last year. I've been to Banner Hospital 4 times. Once I stayed about 11 days. My doctor's and nurses were brilliant professionals. Banner is a teaching facility in every facet of the medical profession. I highly recommend them. Our doctors and nurses put their lives on the line. During Covid,I will always be grateful and very appreciative. Blessed to be here.... Stay informed and be proactive."

"All staff and especially the doctors I interacted with were so wonderful and caring. I felt taken care of and looked after. It was worth the wait for the piece of mind it gave me with my heath issue. I observed all staff being respectful and compassionate to everyone in the waiting room. I felt lucky to have this positive experience and sincerely appreciate all staff being there especially after the recent horrible experiences they may have had in 2020."

"Very disappointed for an ER. No privacy seems to be understaffed and the facility appears to be undersized for the surrounding area. My father was brought in via ambulance. Seemed like 8 hours of triage rather than actual emergency room care. Maybe I am blessed by great hospitals and less population back home in VT, but we're used to each patient having at least a semi-private room with an ER bed... nope, a shared room with 6 or so others, and no privacy. Both my wife (who was admitted once we got there) and father were there for about the same amount of time and never was offered water or anything to eat. I can see that some incase a procedure is needed... but 8 hours is a long time to go in AZ without a drink. We couldn't visit them as there was no room. During our time in the waiting room, got to see many people come in, including people on stretchers, and they were basically triaged (and left waiting in the waiting room) for hours. Once guy near us had been there before we arrived and was still there when we left without being seen. Regardless of Banner's supposed reputation as a great hospital with a good neurology department (which is why my father was taken there from Green Valley) we will not be coming back... there are plenty of other hospitals to try in Tucson."

"I had severe hip pain (later diagnosed as a pathological fracture) and checked in Saturday 25 December 2023 around 7:00 a.m. Note the rainbow that appeared at the time. It turned out to be a good omen. All levels of staff encountered were helpful and knowledgeable. Serious other problems were encountered and properly/promptly diagnosed. I was later admitted to the hospital for several days. The issues were effectively addressed in that time."

"I did understand the long wait when it is crowded, when I arrived at the ER at 9:30 pm. Getting taken back at 1:30 am, I was expecting this to be to a place where there were curtains and beds, but oh no, it was a working hallway where I was placed in a chair along side 15 others with 2.5 foot screen dividers, where passers by peeked and went on their merry ways on and off their shifts. I spent from 1:30 am to 2:30 pm sleeping in a hard chair, nurses, techs and registration staff selling me on some payment plan came by. A doctor came by but never took me to a place to examine me until I insisted the next day at 11am. I will never set foot in this Banner facility again and will ensure that my fellow Green Valley community is made aware of what is behind the ER doors."
