"Excellent customer service, timeliness and maintenance availability. Wish the welcome home center went back to events like pizza & outdoor movie night, but current community events are well enjoyed. If there were a way to get better word out or incentivize neighborhood trash pickup, it would help improve the profile. Also, street signs are overly worn/faded plus roller rink and basket ball court could use water fountains and canopy. Staff is always courteous, eager to help, and professional without a lot of bureaucracy to get answers. Just wish they had longer office hours and more supplies in store to help with house final cleanup such as floor cleaners and carpet wet dry vac."
