Shannon the property manager is one the best and kind hearted people I've ever met, she really goes above and beyond for her tenants. Anytime I need work done she got it done quickly. The security made me and my two daughters feel safe in our home. If your looking for a decent affordable apartment call Shannon, she will make you feel like part of a family. "This is a dumping place for anyone and everybody who has been EVICTED or CONVICTED!!! With extremely relaxed rental policies and an owner who stays in his office, the native residents literally run rampant! (day or night) Even with a professional security patrol that performs a walk through 2-3 times a night, you only need to walk 100 feet in any direction to witness the nonstop drama of several "bean" addicts standing in a circle or already bent over with a death grip on a straw, a lighter, and a piece of good 'ol Reynolds Wrap. Sending puffs of BLUE smoke towards any unsuspecting passers-by. 60% of these individuals don't reside here but diligently choose to become temporary guests on a daily basis. Without fear of management or so-called owners doing a thing concerning these illegal activities!!! I definitely would NOT recommend the "4 STACKS" as a safe or habitable community. Not for any law abiding person! Not even for those that tend to break the rules of ordinary life."

"I'm more mad at the owner of this complex than the staff. I lived here for almost 8 years and every year the hot water goes out and every time the maintenance is covering the owner saying it needs a part but to be honest I was told that the whole hot water heater needs to be replaced the parts for it is hard to find the owner is so cheap he rather raise the rent then fix this place up also the laundry room is filthy and there's only 2 washers that work and 1 dryer. If your gonna move here $500 a month is more worth it then the price their asking for."
