"Ever since the apartment manager was tragically murdered by a tenant here (may she rest in peace), it has been falling apart. My a/c isn't working in 90-100 degree weather and I have kids, plus no-one is keeping up with the books because I've received 5 day notices twice when rent had already been paid. Not to mention trash started piling up outside of the dumpster and there has been much more suspicious activity. When I moved in here while I was pregnant, I was expecting a place I could call home for longer than a year, but now I'm wishing I didn't have 3 months left on my lease. I don't recommend living here. Edit: Increasing to three stars. New management company has taken over, and they seem to be actually cleaning the place up. It's much quieter and nicer now. They also have been doing pest control, so the bug problem here will hopefully go away for future residents. I am moving, but anyone thinking of moving here might want to know that it has improved since I wrote this review."
