"My dishwasher still does not work properly. Iv had three people take a look. Does not drain. My dryer also has not been working since the vents have been cleaned. Takes 3 hours to dry a load, but overall I do love it here"
"This place is actually terrible. If you can, rent any other apartment than this. The staff was nice and tried to be helpful but the condition of the apartments is disgusting and not safe. The condition of the unit was bad when I got there: carpet ripped, stained and smelly, holes and scratches in walls, paint peeling off, toilet didn’t flush, closet doors falling off (2 fell on me within my first week and their solution was to hang them back up on the messed up rail instead of replace the rail), washer held water, dishwater and garbage disposal didn’t work, and screens missing, etc. Also this place is INFESTED with roaches, really badly. My unit was exterminated 5 times and they still showed up and they continued to send the same people despite no results. The water is not safe for consumption, it comes out white, murky and has floating bits. It has to be boiled and filtered. Told management and they just said all the apartments have it so it’s normal, never got fixed. The plumbing is awful here. Top unit water boiler flooded through the floor, so I got several holes in my ceiling with water pouring through them for hours. When they finally came to fix it they dried the floor using my unit outlets so my electricity went up and they did not reimburse me. Also when they painted the ceiling they got paint all over the carpet and on my furniture and never fixed that. There’s also a lot of kids here that like to throw rocks at windows and slam on your doors all hours of the night, it was annoying. Overall, disgusting roach infested apartment with units falling apart, I do not recommend, you should go literally anywhere else."
"This place is the worst. The roach infestation was awful. We'd get treated and be clear for a month or two for it to just come back. Went to transfer at the end of our lease. They waited until 3 days to end of lease to deny us. Blamed us for the roach's that we repeatedly asked them to remedy. Messed up any chance we had to get into a new apartment making us homeless."
"I lived in Tucson for 4 years. This was by far the worst place I lived at. I’ll start off with the good. Application/move-in process was quick and easy. Deposit was fairly low ($600) and their 2 bedroom 2 bath unit was really spacious. That’s all I can really say was good and that’s why I gave 2 stars. The main issues with this complex (not just the unit) was their ROACH INFESTATION!! To those who say roaches come with living in the desert, no they don’t. The 2 previous apartments I lived in did not have any roach issues. The roaches there are not only everywhere in your unit, but they’re also everywhere in the complex. I could not walk my dog, walk to my car, take out the trash without seeing roaches roaming around. You’ll either have to accept that roaches are now apart of your life or break your lease and move out (which at that point why move there?) Secondly, maintenance is MIA, but what complex doesn’t have this issue. Just mentioning because they do not have urgency even if it’s your AC that needs repairing. I can of course go on, but I want to make sure people actually read this review. If you take anything from this, do yourself a favor and consider other options. Do it for you sanity."
"I feel that Cynthia, Jessica, maintenance and all special teams we've had here are really doing their best to correct the community's safety. And I do truly appreciate it. The landscaping is always looking up kept and beautiful! Regardless of how many times they need to do it. No short cuts are made. I just wish that the residents of our shared common areas were kept a lot cleaner. Myself being disabled makes it impossible for me to clean up outside after neighbors who don't care to do it for themselves. And who will continue doing if done for them."
