"They rip you off!! And then won't answer the phone they ripped me off for 200 $"

"I payed 200 dollars to apply, they said I would get 150 back if I didn't qualify, called back she said I was denied because of criminal! I am not a felon, never been convicted of anything, she said she would call her boss to see if she will override it she also said that the money that I paid with my card will be sent back as a check in the mail, never received a call, have not received my money in the mail yet and they will not answer the phone,she answered and hung up on me"

"I moved in October 2019 and had a leaking sink till fixed dec 21 2019,not good my stove is broken x 2 mos. And needs 500.00 usds in repairs my refrigerator is held shut with a board.our wifi was turned off mos ago. Heating and cooling isverry poor. Come see not where anyone wants to o be."

"This place is good. My buddy and I moved in a couple months ago, and it was a little strenuous with the move-in stipulations under the temporary landlord, Jonathon, but Cassie (the landlord now) is great. She's on top of her game and makes the process of living here a breeze. I owe a lot of thanks to her for being steadfast in her job. The maintenance man, Ray, is also an awesome person to have here at the apartments to take care of repairs. So far, so good!"

"I am the fort lowell apt resident. This is the best and cheapest apartment. A lot of families are living here. I feel it is the safe place to live. Apt is more spacious. There are lot of resources including covered parking, swimming pool.. I love this place very much."
