"Navajo Court Apartments is a friendly and concerned group of renters.They look out for each other and are always there to support one another.That is not to say there are at times differences,but we try to keep it civil not getting out of hand. Mr.Nathan Wright owner and former NFL football player is an active owner,always trying to improve and keep up with the aging facility.This year(spring/summer) Will be a new water line to each of the 20 units, due to Mr.Wright installing new water line system for the facility.This will not only stop the break up of the old and outdated system,it will provide more pressure and flow in each unit.Of course hoping that will decrease tennants water bill.I have the privilege to be a Tennant here at Navajo Court Apartments feel free to stop and see us Sincerly Gordon J.Hay Unit # 19"

"The "manager" is a lady named Amy and her level 3 sex offender BF David is the maintenance man. She is typical at her other job and even if she is not you will be dealing with David, mostly. Make sure you save every receipt as math is not a strong subjects for the owner Nate, Amy or David. This place caters to sex offenders, they activity work together with Amy to stay in her good graces. I have never seen a manager spend so much time in the houses of other residents or mix work and play. Any level or professionalism has been gone for awhile. Any paperwork handed you had been Googled, downloaded and printed out, most of the time it has the wrong state laws and other information. None of them are very smart in the management aspects of running this place, a lawsuit waiting to happen. That is why they try to only have sex offenders here, so people keep their heads down and don't complain about their bad math skills and wanna be power trips. If you are looking for a place where the highest level sex offender (that often mean the most to repeat their crime) will have keys to your house, then this is the place to live. Any one who talks back or talks out is targeted by Amy to try and remove them. They try and come after you for a pet deposit months after you sign and after nothing is on the rental agreement. I'm not sure if Nate knows how she tries to get more money out of people but I'm sure it has to do with how much she hangs out with the guy in #14. In short, if you move here, be ready to follow their unwritten rules or be targeted."
