Catalina View Apartments

"First off, if you shop at Amazon just do not live here. You will not get your packages even if you put your number to call on the map. UPS and FedEx? Don't even think about it as they will look at the gate and they know the place so will not even get out of the truck. Now to get to the other issues. If you have any problems or would like something fixed the manager will say he will do something and it just goes forgotten or half way fixed with tape. There is absolutely no payment plans if you cannot pay rent in time and expect an eviction the next day if you cannot. The apartments are disgusting and no matter how clean you keep the place someone else's roaches make their way into your apartment. And I swear they just get stronger and stronger and no longer can be killed with raid. The stupid gate is the issue you will have most probably as they are obsessed with it to the point where they are now evicting people who prop it open with a rock. They made up a story that someone was stealing quarters from the washing machine but I know for a fact they made that up and lied. It's weird how they are about that stupid gate. Scared to death like the homeless people are gonna get them lmao. What the heck the homeless gonna do? They don't even live there and they are scared of homeless people like little girls who cannot protect themselves. There is a Karen lady who sits on her steps all day like some kind of neighbourhood watch. Totally nosey woman who nobody cares or asked her opinion on anything. All in all it's just a bunch of people trying way too hard making living in the ghetto paradise like it's an oasis. You can try to make it seem like a homeless zombie invasion fortress all you want but these apartments are just as ghetto as the surrounding area. Complete trash and I highly recommend you find another apartment complex to live in"

"I am a single military mother, my daughter and I are very happy here at Catalina. The property is very secure with fully gated options and friendly residents (the unfriendly ones do not seem to stay long, thankfully). The community feels like a family to us. The site manager works around my schedule to address the concerns I have had as well as keeps the community area clean and the pools are never dirty! My apartment is fully tiled and very spacious. The owner even stops by from time to time and has asked if I am happy and have any concerns; this really has impressed me! Since moving to Tucson, I have found there are not too many customer service oriented business in this town, I am thankful I found this complex. For us, this complex is perfect."

"I am the owner of this property. Mr. O'Dea's and Ingram's reviews are not indicative of the size, quality, security and general condition of this property. Both are known to management and have axes to grind. This property is extremely well maintained with amenities such as a huge newly plastered pool, free satellite TV with HBO and free Wifi. Two shade ramadas with barbeques provide great outdoor space. The security is top notch with multiple cameras and completely fenced with security gates. The parking lot is also completely fenced with card key entrance. The units are very large as well. Background checks are conducted in accordance with Crime Free status with the Tucson Police Dept."
