"Everything is dope. I moved from out of state sight unseen and my first apartment here was way too small. I was able to transfer to a much bigger place without paying the transfer fee, that made me feel very good about being here. Also, maintenance crew are cool, staff is responsive and accountable, the grounds are always clean, there’s also a view of the mountains from just about anywhere on the property. It’s a super nice place"

"Worst management ever they have been threw like 4 , they walk in your place whenever they want, the pool is always getting fixed , the water always off , if you like to live with cockroaches, this is the place you can have dinner with them . The management will tell you it's not that bad but every apartment is infested with them. The management was the worst, she was so rude and didn't really care to do there job I was told by her she won't get replaced because no one wants to work for that company what kind of management did they hire all bad"

"the staff in the offices are great . they helped me a lot. . I'll will recommend to anyone to see them . I enjoy living here. . thank your staff that always here to help use. I've been here for 3 1/2 yrs now there not getting my lease re new. can I had a couple of company's pay my rent have medical. problem with my health now have to move out. . they told me there manager refused to renew my lease. and they keep raising the rent on everyone. for everything they do here. now there charging for package being dropped off. like Amazon . some of the people live here don't have that. so i change my mind I don't recommend know one to live here. . srry for thinking that I got evicted from the old manager who was always lieing and didn't want to renew my lease she her boss said not to she always lied to everyone there about helping them . so I recommend not to move there."

"loved living here, sad to go for a work move! 1. Rent for me is a good price compared to places I’ve lived, in the city. but I worked from home for a company based in Georgia so I get paid differently/more than most this state(you gotta plan your life accordingly y’all). 2. My apartment was more renovated (actually looks like the online photos) compared to others I’ve toured in this whole city… and I toured a bunch before moving here. 3. The admin office checks in frequently and responds to complex issues as fast as humanly possible 4. Maintenance was prompt and same day (outside of the time the maintenance manager left) . CONSIDER! this is a standard apartment y’all . You may hear thumps sometimes, others playing music a little bit during the daytime, maintenance might shut off hot water with a little heads up. If you want perfection, pay more to live somewhere else. We’re in a recession y’all… consider the terms of such economic turmoil. Plan your life accordingly and do research before you move! 10/10 would recommend!"
