"Been here a while now and am obsessed with the pool which they just got new supplies chairs and have been cleaning regularly! Super kind neighbors that me and my partner adore! And the place itself is so cozy for our little family for a cheap start for young adults! I do wish maintenance was a little more on it but I feel like it’s like that with any apartments in Tucson so just hoping they’ll step it up soon but other than that it’s a lovely place with a nice pool area and beautiful beach like Pom Trees above it!"

"I moved in in July of and these are by far one of the worse places ive lived. The employees in the office are kind and respectful compared to the previous employees but we have a serious mold problem that ive been trying to take care of for 3 months already due to a broken bathtub faucet and this matter has not been taken seriously. It is causing my family and I allergies and sickness, and is a current matter I'm still dealing with. I don't recommend anyone leasing here I thought it would be okay because its affordable and I've been in worse places but this one I had a little hope. But I was terribly wrong."
