"I want to say, I have never lived in an apartment before, But this one is truly amazing. The staff is amazing, The maintenance guys are friendly and good at their job super fast getting things done. I used the laundry here a few times and love the app to be able to pay, You don’t have to worry about coins and or cards. I am very happy here, The water does get turned off time to time but the office is great at letting us know in advance. Everyone has to realize it has to go down for repair and the boiler system they told you about when signing the lease. The apartments are nice and clean, Landscapers are really friendly just like everyone around here. Definitely would recommend living here! :) Everyone talks to everyone, I enjoy that!!! Thank you to the staff at making me feel at home."

"Hot water is constantly getting shut off. Sometimes they send an email saying it will be off and sometimes they don’t. So if you like cold showers this is the place for you. Lmao. The comment the owner made lol. The company they use to “fix” the water must be a friend. Because they keep using the same company and it’s still always down. I can’t wait for my lease to be up. This place keeps increasing rent and no updates have been made to the property in well over 20 years. Unless you count paint job that was just done."

"I’ve lived here over two years. The windows leak, ceilings leak, the non-functioning fire place also leaks. Just about everything in the apartment is old. Water is shut off fairly often. Half the washers and dryers are broken most of the time. We were told months ago to expect new washers and dryers, still nothing. When I called and ask what’s the update on those, I was told they simply just don’t know. I submitted a maintenance request almost two weeks ago, I understand delays because of the storms but no one has reached out to me letting me know they are backed up or what’s going on, the communication is terrible. I don’t recommend living here, this place is very outdated yet rent goes up every year. I’ve given up on trying to get things fixed in my apartment because for example, over two years ago when I submitted a request to get the window and ceiling leaks fixed they did absolutely nothing other then say they wanna replace roof/windows, of course that never happened. When one of my closets was leaking, they just plastered over it, there’s definitely mold within the walls. If you don’t run the swamp cooler 24/7, there’s a horrible stench that comes from the vents which caused me lots of headaches when I first moved in. Very much looking forward to leaving this place."
