"One of the worst apartments I've been to. When we got the apartment, they said we couldn't look at the place since they were "getting it ready" for us. We were desperate and didn't pay attention to it. When we moved in, there wasn't a trim to the walls, and there were multiple holes in the wall in the main bathroom and bedroom. We tried to contact the apartment about fixing the problems we had. I put a report for everything including small stuff like the second bathroom can't control the temperature of the shower/bath. They came by when we at work and they only fixed the sink drip in the other bathroom. After 3 years of living here, we never had trim on the walls and we couldn't use one bathroom shower and when the master bathroom shower started cracking. They never came to fix it. I wish I never came to this apartment complex. They changed management and the people that fix things, but it's the same mistakes they keep making. Also everything was painted over, we even found bugs painted over. They also don't care about your schedule, I switched to nights to make more money to leave thus place, they still want to make noise and come by when I'm trying to sleep. I know they're going to blame me on the trim not being there and the holes in the bathroom and I'm never going to see me deposit back."

"This is the WORST complex i have lived at by far!!! They are UNRELIABLE when it comes to things they say they are going to take care of. Maintenance does not come in a timely matter. When i bring my concerns to the staff they have a careless attitude as if it's not their problem. Even corporate is unprofessional. I have called them and the head person who addressed my concerns was not professional and did not call back to follow up on my concerns."

"I wanted to share my experience with you when it comes to me moving into copper Hill apartments. The staff was amazing the ladies in the office were very nice and very welcoming. They were so helpful and patient with me in my situation and accommodated me and I was so grateful since I've been here a couple months I haven't had any problems if I have the addressed it right away maintenance is wonderful my neighbors are wonderful and the neighborhood oh my gosh right by the lake I go fishing everyday I recommend copper Hill apartments thank you"

"I been living in my unit for almost a year, I can say it is a nice place to live, my apartment is spacious, I have a little yard since I am on the bottom floor. My neighbors are not noisy the pool is already clean, management has been polite and courteous, they’re willing to answer my request without hesitation. I truly believe I will be renewing my lease. I do recommend these apartments."

"This is my second year at CopperHill and although I was weary of re-signing my lease I'm SO glad I did. New management has been amazing, 100% turned these apartments around. They are on top of pest control and making sure the community is kept clean. I have two young toddlers who love playing in the grass and playground area. The laundry rooms and pool are kept clean and in working order. Zuilima and Juanita are very friendly and easy to communicate with! 10/10 recommend"
