"I would rate 0 if it were possible. This is the worst apartment complex I have ever personally experienced. There is simply too many things to list in a simple review, but I will list a few. The owners constantly break tenant laws. The whole complex has the worst cockroach infestation I’ve ever seen. They of course won’t disclose this before getting someone to sign a lease. They say they’re gonna call exterminators and they never do. Here’s a couple pictures of the roach problem that’s out of control. Literally thousands upon thousands of them in the complex. They don’t have their ventilation systems cleaned out. The vent covers have not been opened in what seems like decades. They don’t respond to work orders. Only a couple of the security cameras actually work. They do nothing about the tweakers that come into the complex at night to do their drugs almost nightly. They say to let them know when you see these people and do nothing about it when you let them know. When the security gates are damaged and aren’t securing properly(which happens often), the issue goes ignored for months upon months. The complex is constantly covered in trash. Like, literally all of the time. The landlords will act nice and wear a fake smile to get you to sign then completely change after that and treat you like you’re nothing and all of your issues will go ignored. They will make up dubious reasons to tack on an extra charge to your rent. Like accuse you of having some kind of animal that you’ve never owned or that you illegally dump furniture on their property, etc. They offer “free” Wi-Fi, but it barely works half the time and is a gamble if it will even run Netflix. The way they run this property and keep it in the shape that it’s in is criminal in and of itself. They are 100% cons. DO NOT RENT HERE. You’re money will be better spent elsewhere. If you rent here, you will experience these same things. I promise. There’s so much more I could list, but then this review would literally be the size of a book!"

"Axiom Property Managers are still awful. Maintenance requests go ignored. The pool is usually a turbid shade of green. Good Rain apartments are unsafe and regularly have vagrants roaming the place looking for packages to steal. Squatters lived in one unit for seven months during which time it became a drug den. The security cameras are fake. There are long abandoned cars taking up parking spots. There is feces, trash, and puke littering the place. I regret my decision to live here. Don't make the same mistake of signing a lease with Axiom Property Managers."
