Casa Del Norte Apartments

"I think it deserves a 1 star if you need a place to live.I stayed there 6 months and would have left earlier if I could but had a 6 month lease. My apartment wasn’t as bad as others but always roaches at night in the kitchen. They said let them know and they will put preventative maintenance but never did and the one time they did they went into my apartment unannounced while I was gone at work which they said they would never do but when I got home there was white powder all around the baseboard of the apartment. Do not stay there plain and simple the manager at the time had favorites and kids trying to play on my motorcycle!? The maintenance guy didn’t come to my apartment and I did the work myself to get black mold out of bathroom vanity and put new wood in. I repaired kitchen stove and was charged the 250$ pet deposit for watching my mothers dog for one day because a neighbor said she heard barking. They literally broke into my home without telling me charged me more money and didn’t care to get mold out of the house. I told them I have pretty bad asthma but that meant nothing to them just don’t look for a house there. I would give 0star if I could and would never have a family there"

"Ha ha...the only time the pool is not green is in the winter...this place is infested with roaches the above apartments tub almost fell through our ceiling...they fix the leak but never the damage or mold from it...the manager is never in the office...people do not feel safe leaving the rent payment through the Dropbox because the office has been broken into more than once and now since Christmas I cannot even get my mail unless I stand outside waiting for the mail person to come...which is during hours that I work all because someone was breaking into all the mailboxes...if I could give negative stars I would give 5 of them."
