"There are unbelievable things wrong at this apartment complex! They are always shutting off the water. The gates in the back area are always held open with rocks which is unsafe for children who are playing outside. Dogs are walking around unleashed and unattended while they poop everywhere. The apartments are not renovated, they just paint them and put handles on the cabinet doors and drawers. They have roaches and bedbugs coming from other peoples apartments...they are in the walls so who knows how infested this complex is! The management had the nerve to put memos on the apartment doors saying: Children are running around unsupervised, throwing rocks and causing property damage and if management "see's" such violation there will be an automatic $50.00 fine added to your account! All unsupervised children seen by management will be asked to go home! "EXCUSE ME???" Looks like you all need to keep an eye on the management, or maybe..."eyewitness news!" There are codes and laws that are supposed to be followed by management! "Remember that!""

"I truly appreciate being here, the apartment's are clean, the rent is always a fair price compared to other apartment's, and when I need something, they never take long. Update: I had to call my brother and ask him to help me get a recipet for my rent I was paying. The woman didn't want to give it I had a question about breaking the lease and what the penalty would be, and the way it was being explained, I didn't understand so both women started screaming at the top of there lungs to me over the phone. When I first got here my tep account number miraculously got on paper for the lease, when I didn't even have the number There's one woman who looks at me like she's about scream yell and just fully frustrated every time I see her to pay my rent, I have a disability a feel emotionally and mentally abused here, Also they come in my apartment without my permission, also the way they communicate, unless I record conversations, I won't be believed. I almost had to go to the hospital on 1/3/2023, because I had a panic attack, because I thought I was being robbed because someone came into my apartment. Anytime I try to stand up for myself I am bullied, but I don't record so can't prove in court of law They are so indirectly hostile there is no point in talking outside of paying my rent Another update is I am being harassed and they are now finding any reason to keep coming in my apartment covering it up by the law I have a disability and I am being abused here and I am not sure what my options are. But something must be done"

"I lived in a studio for a year. I saw roaches every day all throughout the place despite using bug spray. And you can tell the office you want to have pest control come out but they didn’t show or they came weeks later. Claudia in the office doesn’t care to communicate effectively or kindly. I lived surrounded by people that smoked in their apartments and the cigarette smell came through the AC vent. The office did inspections and gave warnings to those smoking inside but the problem didn’t stop. Not all of the outlets worked all of the time. The window wasn’t sealed properly so sometimes rainwater would come through. The door also wasn't completely sealed. The dumpsters were constantly overflowing. You may not have to give a deposit but they will still send you a bill if they had to clean anything or remove anything after you leave. The pros here were that Loana in the office was always very pleasant and knew my name/apartment number. Maintenance was pretty helpful, dependable and nice. Laundry rooms were convenient and the Ws/Ds worked well. And the location puts you close to quite a bit so convenience was a plus. Yeah, I often saw houseless people nearby but not as often inside because the gates stayed locked for the most part. Good luck on your apartment hunt!"
