"Renters Beware! Though the units are aesthetically pleasing and appear well-appointed, the renovation did nothing to address the paper-thin walls. As a renter, I am accustomed to all types of peripheral apartment noise. The noise here is anything but peripheral. You can hear EVERYTHING between the walls. Dialogue is crystal clear, as is television programming, snoring, nose-blowing, crying babies, barking dogs, etc. If you seek privacy, a quiet telework environment, a restful night's sleep, or any semblance of peaceful living, look elsewhere. Additionally, the dumpsters are in a constant state of overflow and there is no consequence for tenants who leave pet waste about the property. I deeply regret signing a lease at The Flash, Phase 3."

"I attempted to move into the Flash and had an awful experience with the property management group. I had paid all my deposits and rent, but when I arrived on our decided move on date and time, there was no one there to let me in and no one answered their phones despite being during business hours. I waited outside for hours with movers and had no way to get in. When I finally got ahold of someone, they took no accountability, nor did they offer to bring me the key. They showed really poor professionalism and I ended up not moving in. The neighborhood is really seedy and while they did a great job with the remodel, I felt completely unsafe there. Between the lack of safety and the neglect from the property management group, I can't say I'd advise anyone to consider moving here."
