"This was an amazing apartment with a phenomenal staff. Brenda, Marlene, and Olga were amazing. Unfortunately the company who owns the complex was very underhanded and fired the entire staff without warning or reason. If they will do that to their own people imagine what they will do to their tenants. They do have a sister complex in town I would urge you not to rent from either property because again if they will fire their staff without notice I doubt you matter to them either."

"I've been meaning to leave a review since I renewed my lease but have been very busy. This is my 2nd year here. I think some people are just upset an leave a review to vent. All the staff are amazing, an Professional, they were never rude ; keep in mind you treat people how u want to be treated, if you come to anyone with an attitude, what do you think you will get in return. My apartment is Wonderful, I wanted a downstairs unit but I couldn't wait, once she showed me the apt she had for me , I wanted it, I'm close to everything so it's convenient for me, any issues I have, they take care of; rather if it's through the app, phone or email , I like the area, how they maintain an manage the property . If you drive 5 min down the street, it's the complete opposite, an I know they do communicate via email in regards to fees because I get them all the time, if you don't understand or need clarification; you can' just call in the office, but overall I think it's a great apartment to live in at and community to be apart of. They also built a dog park an do certain events from time to time for us as well, don't let someone else mess up your opportunity to be apart of a good community, the only way I would leave is if I could find a house that fits my needs, an that has not happened yet."

"The cons of this place out weigh the pros… Cons: -they up charge our rent $200+ a month in fees. The rent was initially $850 in un-renovated apt. By the time they added box lockers (that we cannot refuse), community fees, community water, electric, gas, sewer, etc, our rent was $1050 a month for a 400square foot one bedroom! - we complained of mold (which we documented) and they were adamant it wasn’t mold. They Never fixed it, just kept Cloroxing it. -the pool is rarely open. -the “gym” is only open when the office is open which is when most people are working... -the office people almost never answer the phones, are rude, they take 2 hour “lunch break” and leave work early. Terribly unprofessional. -The windows need to be replaced because when a big storm hits they leak and cause even more mold Pros: -they answer all maintenance request promptly but they still never fixed the mold problem. - place looks nice on the outside but it’s really just a muddy pig wearing pearls We left as soon as our contract was up."
