"Keep in mind this review is from someone that has actually worked in the phone industry and understands it can be difficult but I came in to open a business account and was told a account was already created at a 3rd party location without my knowledge and with product (not their fault) but due to the negligence of another company I was told my identity couldn’t be verified and my business account couldn’t be set up so I said screw it and did personal but the rep Oscar was trying to give me push back like he didn’t want to help. Jackie the manager was okay, she was willing to help but didn’t know much of what could be done to resolve the problem. At the end of the day after 2hrs and 3 pointless phone calls with customer care Oscar finally scanned my personal ID and I got a iPhone 14. I originally was approved for 4k to get 4 iPhones for my employees but now I have an outstanding debt on a watch that I didn’t get and 1 outdated phone."
"Just had the most ridiculous experience at the store I walk in and stand by the speakers, waiting for somebody to either greet me or let me know that there will be a wait they let me stand there like an idiot for like 20 minutes, then when I finally politely ask if there’s someone who can help me they rudely tell me can’t you see everybody’s busy, well I wait about 45 minutes. Finally someone’s able to help me. They have the speaker in stock that I want to buy but they wouldn’t sell it to me because it wasn’t checked in properly. So they bring the speaker out show it to me I’m all excited and ready to buy it just to get told no go screw yourself wasted over an hour at this place and even though we have the speaker that you want we won’t sell it to you after wasting all that time"
"Set my phone up wrong had to go back twice because they didn't check it. Just went back for an issue. Can't even get a person to talk to you in this store. 5-6 employees only a few customers and they can't even say hello. What's the point of having people in a store if they don't do anything. Customer service is a thing of the past with this company."
"Ordered online for an in store pickup. I got the email telling me my order was ready. I headed to the store to go pick up my order. When I got there one of the reps (cant remember her name but she has pink and purple hair) asked what i needed help with today. I let her know I was there for a pick up order she looked up my order and proceeded to tell me that it was still in process (mind you I had an email telling me it was ready to pick up) and it would just be a minute. 35 minutes later (after she helped 3 other customers waiting) another rep asked if i had been helped i told him that the other rep had looked at my order but that I was still waiting for her to grab my ready online pick up. Very frustrated that she lied about the status of my order and then proceeded to help 3 other customers before I was helped again. Not once did she check back in with me between other customers to get my order. Something that should have taken less than 10 minutes ended up being 35!!"
"update 2: So I went to transfer all of my files and such and get our new phones activated, but apparently something wasn't done in store that should have been. After spending 3+ hours using the chat support, we finally got both phones working. I also discovered that I was charged some additional fees for the "free" tablets that were part of some promotion... the fees were not made clear to me... but I guess I should have known better. So I removed a star... This location needs help. Online support was excellent tonight! They made sure they stayed with me until I was able to get both new phones working and a few other things the store associate said could not be done in store. They went over and above to help me. update: while the initial interactions were awful, Toby was a great associate who seemed very helpful and efficient. Had we just interacted with him. it would have been a much higher rating. Horrible manager experience. I wish I'd looked at this location's ratings prior to coming in. we came in and wandered for a good 5-10 min before I finally asked someone if there was a check in. apparently someone was suppose to be at the door and wasn't. so the associate I had asked checked me in.. 6 people ahead of me. ok... it is Black Friday... they should be prepared.... nope. waiting still and we've been here almost an hour. we had to bring our 4 kids with us (oldest is 8) and they didn't want them playing around the areas where they were out of the way and there is literally NOTHING they could damage. Robert, who informed us of this was very curt, and sadly, was the manager on duty.. If we weren't on a family plan we'd probably see how T-mobile is now. I get it... he probably doesn't have kids... but seriously, be kind to families."
